The International Software Testing Qualification Board is composed of representatives from each existing National board, such as the Australia New Zealand Testing Board, American Software Testing Qualification Board, India Software Testing Qualification Board and many others. The ISTQB decides on the standards for certification and accreditation for ISTQB accredited training providers.
