ISTQB Foundation Level Syllabus 2011
The updated version released on 1 April 2011 fixes a few inconsistencies and formatting issues; since the changes do not affect any Learning Objective, no re-accreditation of training material is required and no impact is foreseen in the exam structure. Read the release notes here
The syllabus forms the basis for the International Software Testing Qualification at the Foundation Level. The ISTQB provides it to the national examination bodies for them to accredit the training providers and to derive examination questions in their local language. Training providers produce courseware and determine appropriate teaching methods for accreditation. The syllabus assists candidates in their preparation for the examination.

ISTQB Advanced Level Syllabus 2007
