Anne Carter

Anne is an ISTQB® Advanced Level test professional with more than 15 years of experience across the areas of test consulting, test management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Anne has a strong track record of working with the business to establish organisational testing practices and drive continuous improvements across the lifecycle.  She has extensive experience and highly developed skills in System, Integration, Regression, Automation and User Acceptance Testing of software deliverables.  Anne also has a proven ability to build positive stakeholder relationships, delivering an exceptional level of customer experience with a broad range of key internal and external stakeholders.

Since 2012, Anne has been facilitating the Adelaide branch meetings of the Special Interest Group in Software Testing on behalf of the ANZTB. She is currently employed as a Principal Consultant with AccessHQ.

Michael Pollino

Michael is an ISTQB® certified testing professional with over 10 years’ experience. He specialises in test automation while retaining a strong knowledge of other software testing disciplines. Working in consulting, he has been involved in all aspects of software testing, from strategic planning and management through to technical implementation at some of the largest companies in Australia.

A keen exponent of technical testing, Michael enjoys demonstrating the value of software testing and test automation. He enjoys working with others to enable professional growth and encourage excellence in testing.

Michael is a Principal Consultant at AccessHQ and leads the Automation and DevOps practice in Melbourne.

Nathan Bligh

Nathan is an IT professional and a highly effective and efficient Test Manager specialising in Verification and Validation.  He is the Director of “Informatech – Specialist IT Testing”, based in Canberra, which provides testing services for complex and challenging projects. Since commencing his testing career he has been involved in some of the largest programs of work undertaken in the Southern Hemisphere and continues to deliver robust and mature testing solutions.

Nathan has a sound understanding of technical concepts and immerses himself in the projects he works on to gain an understanding of their architecture, their operation, and what they are trying to achieve.  Having led major programs of work to successful quality outcomes, Nathan has received numerous awards including an Australia Day Award, various citations, and assorted personal and team commendations.

Nathan has completed a number of academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Technology, a Diploma of Project Management, and also holds all ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Professional certifications. Nathan is currently completing a Masters of Information Technology specialising in Computer Networks and Network Security and has desires to complete a PhD with a focus on testing.

Ronak Panchal

Ronak is an ISTQB® Certified Advanced Test Manager who has ten years' experience in IT.  During his career in software testing, Ronak has worked on a wide range of technologies in the banking and travel domains.  He has worked on various sized projects for some high profile international customers in Auckland, Pune, Zurich, London and Singapore.

Ronak is passionate about testing and the ongoing improvement to the testing process. 

Currently Ronak contributes to the testing community in Auckland through assisting with SIGiST's, promoting testing as a career, and mentoring junior test analysts.

Veronica Belcher

Veronica is an ISTQB® Foundation Level experienced test analyst.  She has worked across the government, mining and insurance sectors since 2001 in varied roles from Test Analyst, Test Lead, Test Coordinator and Test Manager. She is passionate about testing and the ongoing promotion of the value of testing within business communities. She has experience in v-model, waterfall and agile technologies and has worked on a number of large and small scale projects throughout her career.

Mentoring less experienced testers and sharing knowledge is the cornerstone to Veronica's approach to testing, ensuring testers maintain a quality focus at all times.

She regularly assists with SIGiST's in Brisbane and is on hand to assist in any other ways to promote the software testing profession.
