Governance

This section includes information on the ANZTB governance methods:

  • The ANZTB will reserve the right to Audit any Accredited provider.

Board Membership

The ANZTB membership will comprise management, representative and administrative roles, as described below. Individuals wishing to join the ANZTB should contact the board, providing their curriculum vitae. This should be accompanied by a covering letter explaining their reason for wanting to join the ANZTB, and in what capacity.

Quorum

The minimum number of members to form the ANZTB is 5. This number will also be the quorum for any meetings. All members will receive the minutes of any Board meetings held.

Tenure

The Board will elect members for a period of three years, which will be renewable.

Composition

The Board will aim for representation from each of the following Industry sectors within its management:

  • Training providers
  • Practitioners
  • Contractors
  • Sector experts

Notes:

  1. A member of the ANZTB may take up more than one role.
  2. The Chair will be the ANZTB representative on the ISTQB.

  • The Chair will be elected from the members of the ANZTB.
  • The Chair represents the Board at the ISTQB.
